For me, a noodle salad must not be unebdingt absolutely classic with pickle, eggs and meat sausage prepared. He may still be enriched with some more vegetables like paprika or radi, which I try to cut as small and fine as possible. This not only helps the optics but also the taste!

Ingredients
400g gluten-free noodles 
2 peppers (yellow and red)
1 Bund Radiesschen
1 Glass gherkins (pick up 5 tbsp of cucumber water)
250g meat sausage
2 Bunch of spring onions
150 g cheese 
100g mayonnaise 
100g yogurt
Salt and pepper
