Best zucchini noodle salad dressing

Noodles in 4-5 l of boiling salt water (ca. 1 tsp of salt per liter) cook according to package directions. For the salad dressing, Peel ginger, finely grate. Wash cilantro, shake dry and chop.
Mix the ginger, zucchini , cilantro, mayonnaise, soy sauce, vinegar and Sambal Oelek.Chop nuts. Vegetables clean or peel and wash. Cucumber in half lengthwise, thin sliced a divorce. Sugar peppers cut into strips. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Cut carrots into thin pins.
Drain pasta, put off and drain. With vegetables, nuts and salad dressing mix. Simmer for 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
