Pasta Salad with hot-smoked salmon, radishes and chives

Not only the tuber, but also the green of the radish gives a fine spicy touch this quick, fresh pasta salad with hot smoked salmon and fresh chives.

Fusilli Cook in a saucepan according to package instructions.

Peel the shallot and chop finely. Cut zucchini in half and cut into slices.

Heat olive oil in a wok or a large skillet and sauté shallots around 2 minutes. Reduce heat, add the zucchini and cook for 5 minutes. With lemon abrasion, salt and pepper to taste.

Green radish radish tuber pluck off. Coarsely chop the green. Cut bulb into thin slices.

Cut the hot smoked of salmon fillets with a fork into small pieces.

Mix together radish, Pan vegetables and Fusilli in a large bowl. Add salmon. Season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cut chives into fine rings and lift under the salad.
