Pasta salad with beer and mustard

Peel onions, cut small pieces. Mix with beer, mustard and 1 tablespoon oil. Meat wash, Pat dry, brush with marinade and covered to marinate about 1 hour. Contact several times.
Meanwhile, 10 minutes cook noodles in boiling salted water. Radish and paprika, clean and wash. Quarter radishes, cut pepper into pieces. Arugula, wash, Pat dry and chop.

Drain noodles and cold deter. Mix sour cream, 1 tablespoon oil and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Noodles, radish, bell peppers and Arugula mix with the sauce and marinate 15 minutes.
Now take the meat from the marinade and let drain. 1 tbsp heat oil in a pan, FRY steaks turning 10-12 minutes, season. Take out and serve with the pasta salad.
