Pasta Salad with artichokes (diet)

Rinse artichokes, break off stems, rub a breakage of the artichokes with lemon juice. Artichokes and 2 tablespoons lemon juice into boiling salted water, Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain the artichokes and scare off with cold water. Cold water noodles in a colander can deter and drain. Peel the onion and cut into fine columns.

For the salad dressing mix mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar, water, honey and oil. Mix pasta and onion columns in the half of the sauce, and marinate 5 minutes. Read arugula, wash and pat dry.
Pasta salad season if necessary. Arrange Arugula and noodle salad on a plate, artichoke quarters, on the salad and drizzle with remaining sauce.
