Best cold salmon pasta salad recipe

Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions. Peel the onions and garlic and finely dice. Heat oil in a saucepan. Sauté onions and garlic in it. Sugar and caramelise allow vinegar to Deglaze.

Add tomatoes and capers and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Pasta drain and allow to cool. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without any fat, set aside. Mix noodles with the sauce. Wash the Basil, shake dry and chop finely. Pluck the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Fill pasta salad in bowls. Salmon, pine nuts and Basil to wreak. Sprinkle with coarse pepper.
